Introduction
This project examined the Percipio learning platform as an information system, focusing on how its networking, communication, and security architecture supports organizational learning and user engagement. The assignment required analyzing the system’s technical components, evaluating its competitive positioning, and developing recommendations for improving functionality and user experience. By integrating both technical and managerial perspectives, the project demonstrated how information systems influence organizational performance and digital learning effectiveness.

Summary of Assignment
I created a detailed PowerPoint and recorded a video presentation analyzing the structure and functionality of a selected information system. My work examined the system’s networking, communication, and security components, as well as its impact on users and organizational performance. I also conducted a competitive analysis and proposed three original system improvements, including user interface enhancements, supported by screenshots and a design rationale. This assignment strengthened my ability to evaluate technology systems, communicate technical concepts clearly, and recommend practical digital improvements.
